Registration

Registration will be open in time and will be done through the Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/.

With help of the ConfTool you are able to:

• Register as user (with login and pw)
• Register as conference participant (will be available in time; you will be informed via email if the registration is open)
• Print out your invoice
• Make your payment (with credit card via PayPal or bank transfer/wired transfer)
• Print out your receipt and after the conference your participation confirmation

Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both (check OUR on the transaction form, not BEN or SHA).

Registration fees

Registrations without payment are not valid.

¹ At least one author MUST register and pay the authors’ registration fee by 17 Jan 2022, in order for their paper to be considered for presentation, and included in the Springer conference proceedings. Author registration includes the presentation of one paper. Additional presentations by the same author imply an extra cost of 150 EUR per paper/presentation. An author can present a maximum of two papers.

²The student fee for an author is applicable if the paper is solely written by students who are not older than 30 years. A confirmation about the student status and the age of all authors from the university is necessary.

³For the Low-Income and Lower-middle Economies category (Low-income Economies), the attendee will need to send proof of ID. All authors must live and work in such a country.
