Paper Preparation & Submission

General Remarks

All submissions will be peer reviewed.

Please note: Full Paper, Short Paper, and WiP are “review-to-publish” submission types. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process in order to be published in the proceedings. Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.

Submission Requirements

  • Paper must match the provided Springer template
  • Paper should not exceed the maximum page numbers given below (including bibliography and appendix)
  • Original, unpublished and not simultaneously submitted to other workshops, conferences, or journals
  • Please note that all papers are subject of a plagiarism check. We accept only papers with a similarity index of less than 20% and not more than 100 words per source. Correct citations are excluded.

Papers not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration!

Deadlines

Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/! This might be earlier in your timezone! Conftool closes automatically at the deadline.

Preparation

  1. Prepare your final paper with the same templates as before (Word and LaTeX), but don't forgt the authors' names and email addresses.
  2. Fill in and sign the Springer CtP (Consent to Publish Form) and save it as PDF
  3. Don't upload anything before having checked with this Final Paper Checklist.

Page limits

  • Full Paper (10–12 pages)
  • Short Paper (max 6–8 pages)
  • Work in Progress, Poster (6–8 pages)

Upload

  1. check everything with the Final Paper Checklist
  2. then upload to Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/
    • your final paper in PDF
    • your final paper in MS Word format or all necessary LaTeX source files in a ZIP
    • the Springer CtP
