Overview

The REV is the annual conference of the International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE) together with the Global Online Laboratory Consortium (GOLC) (Link: http://www.online-engineering.org).

REV2022 is the 19th in a series of annual events concerning the fundamentals/ applications/experiences in the field of Online Engineering and related new technologies including:

• Internet of Things & Industrial Internet of Things (Industry 4.0)
• Online & Biomedical Engineering
• Data Science, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Cross & Mixed Reality
• Remote Working Environments

Another objective of the conference is to discuss guidelines and new concepts for engineering education in higher and vocational education including emerging technologies in learning, MOOCs & MOOLs and Open Sources. REV2022 will offer an exciting technical program as well as networking opportunities.

Submission Types

REV conferences have a two-step review process. Based on abstract submissions for full and short papers, authors will be invited to submit complete papers. All submissions undergo a double-blind review process. → Submission

Other opportunities to participate

Posters / Work in Progress / Thematic Workshops / Tutorials / Technical Sessions, as well as Interactive Demonstrations and exhibitions, may also be proposed. Prospective organizers of other REV2022 events are encouraged to contact the conference secretariat.

Review / Proceedings

All submissions are subject to a double-blind reviewing process. All accepted and presented submissions will be published as REV2022 Proceedings in Springer ‘Lecture Notes in Net-works and Systems’. → More information.
