Registration

Registration will be open in time and will be done through the Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/.

With help of the ConfTool you are able to:

• Register as user (with login and pw)
• Register as conference participant (will be available in time; you will be informed via email if the registration is open)
• Print out your invoice
• Make your payment (with credit card via PayPal or bank transfer/wired transfer)
• Print out your receipt and after the conference your participation confirmation

Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both (check OUR on the transaction form, not BEN or SHA).

Registration fees

Registrations without payment are not valid.

Optional Social Program

Social activities are currently prepared and cannot be booked in the registration system. Please book and pay them on arrival at the conference reception desk on 3rd or 4th of February.

Pre-Conference Workshops on 3rd of February 2019

You can find an overview of the workshops here. You can select the workshops in the registration system, which gives the organizers an overview of the needed capacities, but you will have to finalize your registration as well as the payment on arrival at the conference reception desk.

The deadline for workshop registrations is 15th January.The confirmed participants will receive an email from the workshop team regarding their seat confirmation. The workshops that are full will be indicated after Jan 15th.

Registrations for Indian Participants

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee before 15th January 2019. Papers without at least one registered author cannot be presented and published. Authors presenting more than one paper have to pay Rs. 3500/- for every paper being presented. Co-author wishing to present and participate in the conference have to pay Rs. 3500/- each.

Note: A full registration is needed for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings. At the time of registration, we will request your paper ID(s). Please note that registration fee is non-refundable.

Full registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and inclusion of presented papers in the publication of conference proceedings.

Student registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception. Students must provide valid proof (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution) by e-mail when submitting their registration and payment. Registration will not be effective until the validity of this document is confirmed.
