Use the Word template to prepare your submission and submit it in Word, PDF, or any other appropriate format. Take into consideration that the deadline was extended and is now on October 31st!
Within the Conftool please fill out the contribution form. The field abstract is meant to be completed with a summary of your actual abstract. For publication of any accepted contribution it is mandatory to add a copyright declaration. Also, please note that the conference is adopting the increasingly common "review-to-submit" model. This requires at least one of the authors from each paper (or more, if you are willing!) to agree to act as a reviewer of other submissions. This will equitably distribute the workload inherent in reviewing papers as well as helping to build a wider pool of knowledge and skills. When you submit your paper you will be asked to nominate which authors are willing to act as reviewers. At least one must be selected!
The Word template to prepare the camera-ready version is available here! Please read CAREFULLY the email of acceptance that was sent to you as it includes the information required to prepare and upload the final version. Consider the following information in terms of page limits and oral presentation:

All english language contributions will be submitted to IEEE for publication in IEEE Xplore.
Posters authors are expected to be available for questions during scheduled sessions or intervals.

referred above) for publication in the conference proceedings, besides producing the standard poster format (A1).
