Remote Engineering & Virtual Instrumentation Conference (REV2014) Registration

The registration via ConfTool will be open from November 19th.

Note: Payment by Bank Transfer in unavailable until January 1st due to accounting restrictions

The conference will have a core program run over 3 days (26th to 28th February). The normal registration categories include lunches during the conference, all coffee breaks, the Conference Dinner, a Welcome and a Farewell Cocktail and a Reception event. There will be an additional day for the conference (social program at extra cost to be defined later) which includes a trip to support networking and following up on the conference discussions in a more relaxed setting.

Note #1 = Authors MUST register until December 18th in order for their paper be considered for presentation and included in the conference proceedings.
Note #2 = Author registraton inlcudes the presentation of one paper. Additional presentations by the same author implies an extra cost of 90 EUR per paper.
Note #3 = For the Low-Income Economies category (Low-income Economies), the attendee will need to show proof of ID at registration, otherwise we hold the right to deny entry.
Note #4 = Student Registration doesn't include the Welcome Cocktail, the Reception or the Conference Dinner. Farewell Cocktail, all lunches and coffee breaks are included. Proof of student status may be requested
Note #5 = Accompanying Person includes the Conference Dinner, the Reception and both the Cocktails. It doesn't include lunches or coffee breaks.
Note #6 = When purchased on site Accompanying Person is dependant on availability
Note #7 = One Day Registration doesn't include any Social Event and cannot be selected by presenting authors. All lunches and coffee breaks are included.
Note #8 = Participant must select the specific day when registering.
