Dr. Elisabete Pires
Elisabete Pires has a 4 years University Degree on International Relations.
She is the National Contact Point (NCP) for Information and Communications Technologies and Future emerging technologies
of the EU Research and Innovation Programme - Horizon 2020 and is also works in Department of Information Society
in the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Previously she was the NCP for ICT of Seventh Framework Programme (FP7)
and National Contact Point of the EU Information and Communication Technology Policy Support Programme of the Competitiveness
and Innovation Programme (CIP-ICT PSP), and is involved in several other international projects developed
by Knowledge Society Agency (UMIC). Until 2003, she worked as International Relations Officer at the Euro Info Centre (EIC)
of Portuguese Industrial Association (AIP).
