Thematic Session

Tutorial

Proposals for pre-conference tutorials should clearly indicate the topic, background knowledge expected of the participants, objectives, and the qualifications of the instructor. Half day and full day tutorials are possible.

 

Workshop

Proposals for pre-conference workshops should clearly indicate the topic, background knowledge expected of the participants, objectives, and the qualifications of the instructor. Half day and full day workshops are possible.

 

Discussion panel

Proposals for discussion panel should clearly indicate the topic(s) to be discussed and the qualifications of the moderator.

Submit a tentative version by March 19^th 27^th 2010 the latest. It is recommended that you use the Word template for your submission, which may be in Word, PDF, or any other appropriate format.

Use the Word template to prepare your camera-ready version and submit it in Word, PDF, or any other appropriate format, by June 11^th the latest . Poster authors may also send an extended version of their work for publication in the conference proceedings , besides producing the standard A0 poster format. Further information concerning poster presentations is available below.

Precautions

Within the conftool please fill out the contribution form. The field abstract is ment to be filled with a summary of your actual abstract. The option for extended (2 pages) abstract submission appears after pressing the proceed-button.
For publication of any accepted contribution it is mandatory to add a copyright declaration which is available right here.

Full Papers

The Word template to prepare the camera-ready version is available here :

• Orientation: portrait (A4)
• Two-columns
• Single spaced
• Figures included
• Do not use page numbering
• Expected number of pages: 4-10.

Use this link to submit your camera-ready version in Word or PDF format. Your login code to the conference server will be included in the notification of acceptance message.

Posters

Posters will be displayed during half-day sessions in the exhibition area. Poster authors are expected to be available for questions during scheduled intervals.

Please follow the instructions below:

• Each author is responsible for preparing his/her display. Tape will be provided by the secretariat.
• Recommended poster size is A1 ( 594 x 841 mm) alternative sizes :
• 597 × 889 mm ( Double Demy )
• 559 × 864 mm ( D portrait )
• Font size and drawings / figures should be large enough to be easily read from a distance of 2 m.

Poster authors may send an extended version of their work (using the template referred above) for publication in the conference proceedings, besides producing the standard poster format (A1). In this case, please recall that the camera-ready version MUST be upload by June 11th.
